The RCLC offers several Summer Programs to keep children and youth mentally and physical active during the summer! Programs include learning activities, hands-on projects, social interaction, creative expression, field trips, and fun!

Programs for 2023

 

 

Preschool Summer Program, offered M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for children ages 3-5 years.

Youth Development Summer Programs offer a morning academic Summer Scholars program for children, grades 2-8 and an afternoon enrichment program, for youth in grades 1-8. 

Shakespeare Camp for youth grades 4-12, is offered 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and culminates in a final Shakespeare performance at the end of the summer. Children can be dropped off beginning at 8:30am.

The RCLC also offers a morning summer program for children, grades 2-6, at the Notre Dame Center for Civic Innovation, located at 1045 W. Washington Street, South Bend 46601. Activities include art, science, geography, and outdoor exploration.
