The RCLC has a longstanding partnership with the South Bend Community School Corporation's Adult Education Department, which provides on-site English classes for adults.

Beginning, intermediate, and advanced literacy levels are offered.

Students must register and complete an orientation through the South Bend Community School Corporation before starting class.
