Volunteer

The Robinson Community Learning Center offers numerous ways for Notre Dame and neighborhood community members to interact with RCLC participants from the Northeast Neighborhood and throughout outh Bend.

The RCLC depends on its over 500 volunteers, and there are a wide range of volunteer opportunities available at the RCLC and the Notre Dame Center for Civic Innovation at 1045 W. Washington St.

As one preschool volunteer said: "This ... helped me find a passion I hope to pursue for the rest of my life. You helped me realize just how important early childhood education is ... I learned so much about teaching, hospitality and how to treat people ... Each day, I learned just how smart, strong and kind a preschooler can be. They amazed me every day with their resourcefulness and silliness and I quickly learned how each child has their own set of hidden powers just waiting to be realized ...
