Volunteer with Us!
There are two ways to get involved in the Literacy Corps community: ENL preschool and Literacy Corps After-School Tutoring.
ENL Preschool Volunteers

Volunteers with the English as a New Language Preschool have a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of children that come from many different countries and cultures. As their parents learn English at the RCLC, the children learn as well through fun, literacy-based programming targeted to children ages 3-5.
As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in music and storytime
- Stretch children's creativity through imaginative play
- Expose children to art activities
- Assist with classroom management
- Develop strong relationships and a multi-cultural perspective
We welcome all volunteers, including students, CBL classes, community members, and work-study students!

- Develop strong relationships in a one-on-one or small group setting

- Show students that reading and writing can be fun
We welcome all volunteers, including students, CBL classes, community members, and work-study students!
