In partnership with Robinson Community Learning Center, the city of South Bend on Tuesday formally announced the renovation of Kelly Park, at Howard and St. Peter streets.
The project, which is being funded entirely by donations, represents the collective vision of the students enrolled in the center's "Engaging Youth, Engaging Neighborhoods" program.
