Free and confidential medical screenings and assessments from the nurse are available every other Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Discuss health concerns and issues, check your blood pressure and pulse, and express your needs and interests to the registered nurse from St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Check the News section of this site for the schedule for flu shots and other screenings.
Mini-workshops
Topics include stress management, exercise, first aid, CPR, nutrition, and cholesterol control. Workshops are free.
