Community Based Research

The RCLC works with the Center for Social Concerns for nearly 40 faculty and guests from the North American Association of Action Researchers to promote an important model of participatory research, and also collaborates with the Center for Social Concerns and Education for Schooling and Society (ESS) of the ND Institute for Educational Initiatives to support ND seniors working on research projects required to complete the ESS Minor. The RCLC also partners with CSC-Rodney Ganey grant applications that would support community-based learning courses, or new course-development grants to promote research in the community.
